We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our PST team. As an SRE, you will be on the front line of production reliability — keeping our systems up, responding to incidents, and continuously improving observability and operational quality across all KiotViet products.
What you will do:
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation on a shift-based schedule; respond to production incidents across multiple products.
- Use observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, etc) to read and analyze logs, correlating metrics across layers to identify and classify production issues for resolution.
- Execute production deployments following established procedures for each product.
- Maintain and improve monitoring dashboards and alert rules to support proactive detection of anomalies.
- Collaborate with Dev, DBA, and Infra teams during incident resolution and post-incident reviews.
- Contribute to Incident Reports and Post-Mortems, including proposed action items to prevent recurrence.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering / System Engineer role.
- Able to read application/system logs to help identify root cause of issues.
- Hands-on experience with at least one observability stack (ELK or Grafana + Prometheus), able to build basic dashboards.
- Working knowledge of at least 2–3 infrastructure services (e.g. Redis, MongoDB/MSSQL, Nginx/HAProxy): architecture and key metrics.
- Working knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing); basic scripting in Bash for automation.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation in English.
