Mô tả công việc:
- Build relationships with customers at all levels to understand their personal and business challenges.
- Facilitate the deployment process for new customers, ensuring they understand the functionalities and value of KiotViet products.
- Monitor usage and provide information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers/ foreign agents to ensure satisfaction and address customer feedback.
- Conduct customer surveys, summarize results, and report findings to management as per the plan.
- Manage and report tasks to superiors following established procedures.
- Work from Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:30) and Saturday morning (8:00 - 12:00)
Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales/Customer Service.
- Enthusiastic, with a strong customer service mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technology, telecommunications, or financial service companies.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
