Mô tả công việc:
- Facilitate the deployment process for new partner, ensuring they understand the functionalities and value of our products.
- Be on-call and respond to Keivi's chat channel during business hours to answer questions from customers/partners.
- Monitor usage and provide information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience/product's feature.
- Conduct customer surveys, summarize results, and report findings to manager as per the plan.
- Manage and report tasks to superiors following established procedures.
- Work from Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:30) and Saturday morning (8:00 - 12:00)

- Job open for fresh graduates and experienced.

- Must-have: Proficient in speaking and writing English.
