We are looking for some DevOps Engineers to join our DevOps team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build and maintain one of the biggest infrastructure for ecommerce in Vietnam. Our teams deploy new code many times a day, and our production scale is massive. Hundreds of thousands of merchants will see your work within minutes. As a DevOps engineer, you will be involved in ensuring reliability of the whole system.

What you will do:
- Set the standards with teams for building resilient, debuggable systems: set up Devops CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code;
- Respond to automated alerts and take actions;
- Manage ongoing incidents, using your understanding of KiotViet to involve the right teams and resolve as quickly as possible;
- Ensure that we never fail for the same reason twice;
- Knowledge of common web vulnerabilities, audit our infrastructure for security issues and keep it safe.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Systems Thinking
- Strong end-to-end systems thinking: application → network → infrastructure;
- Root cause analysis mindset, clear technical communication;
- Software development background (backend/full-stack) is a big plus.

Operations Experience (1-3+ years)
- Linux administration and troubleshooting (must-have);
- Containers & Kubernetes: deployment, operation, debugging;
- CI/CD & automation: GitLab CI / Jenkins / GitHub Actions; scripting in Python, Go, or Shell;
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible;
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar;
- Databases & middleware: SQL Server, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Nginx/HAProxy;
- Incident response: on-call experience, post-incident reviews;
- Experience with a meaningful subset is enough — nobody has all of it.

AI-Native Mindset
- Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to boost productivity: debugging, automation, runbooks, incident analysis;
- Able to get good results from AI and verify output before applying to production;
- Bonus: built AI-assisted tooling or automation for the team.

Nice to Have
- GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux);
- API Gateway (APISIX, Kong);
- Security practices: secrets management, image scanning, least-privilege access;
- Internal tools / self-service platform experience.
