We are looking for some developers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:
- Ensure performance, availability, and security of production database systems (SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB);
- Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents: slow queries, blocking, deadlocks, and resource contention;
- Operate and maintain backup / restore, high-availability, and disaster-recovery infrastructure;
- Plan and execute database upgrades, security patching, and capacity scaling with minimal downtime;
- Build monitoring and alerting in collaboration with DevOps / SRE; produce periodic health and capacity reports;
- Review schema designs, advise development teams on best practices, and maintain operational runbooks;
- Automate routine DBA tasks such as health checks, maintenance, and provisioning;
- Monitor database system alerts, handle on-call incidents, and respond to management requests outside business hours.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor’s degree (Good rank or above) in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a DBA role;
- Strong expertise in relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server;
- Working knowledge and operational experience with MongoDB, MariaDB;
- Proficient in SQL Server query tuning: execution plans, indexing strategies, wait statistics, and common anti-patterns;
- Good understanding of database internals and diagnostic tools (e.g. SQL Server DMVs / wait stats, MongoDB profiler, MariaDB performance schema);
- Solid knowledge of backup / restore, HA / DR architectures, and database security best practices;
- Solid scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, T-SQL, mongo shell, Bash); basic understanding of networking is a plus;
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and capacity planning fundamentals;
- Careful, diligent, proactive; able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
