We are looking for a UX Strategist Intern to join our Product team. Joining us, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects of KiotViet Online and support the team in shaping user experience from research to solution proposal.

What you will do
UX Research & Analysis (40%)
- Support researching user problems, needs, behaviors, and usage contexts
- Participate in user research activities such as desk research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Analyze insights from user research, product data, and PO requests
- Research competitors and best-practice UX patterns in SaaS / e-commerce products

UX Strategy & Solution Support (60%)
- Support building UX artifacts, including: User personas, User journey maps, Process flows, Wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with UX Strategists, UI Designers and Product Owners to propose UX solutions
- Support documenting UX decisions and design rationale for the product team

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Multimedia Design, Economics, Business, Technology, Social Sciences, or related fields with a design-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of UX, user-centered design, and product development processes
- Logical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to read and understand English documents (communication skills are a plus)
- Design skills or experience with design tools is a plus
- Portfolio required (Behance / Figma / PDF – academic projects, personal projects, or design-related work are accepted)
- Available to work full-time
