We are looking for UX Researcher to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:
- Keeping our users at the core of product decision and design principles;
- Solutions that are backed by strategic insights or informed with confident trade-offs;
- Making sure our products are easy to use even when our products continue to grow in complexity;
- Establishing user insight pools for each product and target, including profiles, needs, problems, pain points, and journeys.
- Some of the your daily tasks:
+ Identify user segments and build recruitment process
+ Propose research methods for Product owners based on feature situation
+ Support Product owners in translating their validation goals into research goals and hypothesis
+ Work closely with UX Strategists & UX Writers to analyze and validate product design
+ Organize user interviews both online and offline
+ Present insights to relevant teams

Yêu cầu công việc:

- At least 2 year of related experience of UX research, design, strategist or analyst;
- Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture and data;
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English;
- Highly adaptable and goal-oriented;
- Candidate with B2B experience is a plus.
