- Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech companies or startups.
- Graduated from universities majoring in IT, Economics, Technology ..
- Analytical Skills: Experience in data analysis and using product analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various departments and convey information clearly.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and related technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and customer-oriented, with the capability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Team Management: Proven experience managing large teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Experience in the social commerce, e-commerce or marketplace domains is a plus.

We are seeking an excellent Product Leader to lead product development, create value for customers, and drive company growth. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, working closely with various departments, and ensuring that the final product meets market needs.
What you will do:
- Product Strategy Development: Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company vision and business strategy .
- Market Research and Analysis: Evaluate market trends, competition, and customer needs to shape product strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to gather feedback, improve products, and develop new solutions.
- Project Management: Collaborate with development, design, marketing, support, and sales teams to ensure timely product launches and high quality.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and build a strong product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
