Kiotviet is Vietnam’s largest POS provider, with over 200,000 merchants across various
industries. We are expanding into other South-east Asian countries with our POS offerings and
are expanding our product portfolio with new offerings in the fintech space.

What you will do:
- Participate in all phases of software development, including design analysis and testing
- Read and understand solution documents and design specifications; collaborate with different teams to - fully comprehend product requirements
- Create test documentation and plans including: test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Execute product testing using both manual and automated approaches
- Support customers, verify and reproduce issues based on customer feedback; retest software after bug fixes
- Research and stay updated on testing tools and new knowledge to support the work
- Propose improvements to products or testing processes
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Main Responsibilities
- Primarily focus on automation testing for web, mobile, and API (70% automation, 30% manual)
- Build and maintain automation test suites with high code quality and coverage
- Develop reusable test components and libraries to optimize automation efficiency
- Build comprehensive test cases based on product requirements and user flows
- Analyze, report, and track bugs in the system
- Work closely with the development team to improve product quality and integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve testing processes and expand automation coverage
- Proactively research and apply new technologies and testing tools
- Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks
- Mentor junior testers on automation best practices
- Explore and propose ways to apply AI to improve testing efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Education and Professional Background
Bachelor degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields
QA/Testing certifications are an advantage but not mandatory

2. Experience
At least 2 years of experience in automation testing
Proven track record of building and maintaining automation frameworks
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development

3. Core Skills
- Strong foundation in manual testing principles and methodologies
- Advanced automation testing skills - able to independently design and implement test automation solutions
- Proficient in testing web applications, mobile apps, and APIs
- Experience with SQL - proficient in querying and verifying data
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented test code
- Excellent logical thinking and testing mindset - ability to analyze systems and predict potential failure scenarios
- Willingness to learn new technologies - proactively research and apply new tools and methods
- Proficient in manual testing - web applications, mobile apps, and API testing (at least 6 months experience)
- Experience with SQL - proficient in querying and verifying data
- Strong programming skills in at least one language: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java
- Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, **Playwright** (preferred), Robot Framework, Appium, TestNG
- Understanding of OOP and Design Patterns

4. Technical Skills
- Strong manual testing skills across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Experience designing test cases with high reusability and maintainability
- Ability to design and build automation frameworks from scratch is a significant advantage
- Developing customized framework; Smart automation patterns
- Understanding of CI/CD and integration of automated tests into pipelines
- Experience with tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Git
- Experience with test reporting and logging frameworks

5. Additional Skills (Advantages)
- Ability to apply AI in testing - using AI to create test cases, analyze test results, optimize test coverage
- Understanding of how to apply ML/AI to improve testing processes and detect bugs
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, K6)
- Knowledge of security testing and OWASP standards
- Experience with BDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Knowledge of database testing and data validation strategies
- Strong skills in metrics creation and reporting
