1. Requirements and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product design, with at least 1–2 years working on onboarding, activation, or conversion-related projects
- Strong understanding of user behavior and the ability to design experiences for each stage of the user lifecycle.
- Ability to form design hypotheses, test them, and iterate based on real data.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with the ability to build prototypes for quick validation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with PMs, developers, and data analysts.

2. Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech products for SMEs.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Experience writing or refining microcopy to optimize conversion.
- Exposure to growth sprints or experimentation loops.

We are looking for UX strategy to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:
- Analyze the user behavior funnel to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities
- Design feature activation flows that encourage users to try and engage with key functions such as order reconciliation, payment integration, shipping services, and loan applications.
- Create onboarding experiences, upsell flows, and new feature announcements tailored to different user segments.
- Propose and execute A/B tests or quick prototypes for growth experiments.
- Work closely with the data team to measure the effectiveness of each initiative and recommend further improvements.
- Collaborate with UX to ensure designs are clear, user-friendly, and aligned with product functionality.
- Coordinate with Marketing to segment users and ensure messaging is relevant and consistent.
- Contribute to the design system and patterns dedicated to growth-focused products.
