We are looking for some developers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so many technology challenges. As a developer, you will join a growing Data & AI team with mature collaboration across Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Engineering functions to build products to enable an excellent experience

What you will do:
As an AI Engineer, you will work on real production AI systems, focusing on applied deep learning and GenAI solutions:
- Fine-tune, adapt, and improve existing machine learning and deep learning models for business use cases
- Develop and deploy AI models into production environments with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability.
- Work on AI products including:
+ Chatbots and conversational AI
+ OCR and document understanding
+ NLP tasks: search, text classification, information extraction
+ Computer Vision applications
+ LLM / GenAI solutions (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on data pipelines; participate in data quality evaluation and feature analysis.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring systems (MLOps) at a level appropriate to your experience.
- Participate in research and experimentation to evaluate new models, frameworks, or approaches.
- Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions (depending on capability).

Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience working with deep learning or AI-related projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework: PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of NLP and/or Computer Vision concepts.
- Familiarity with LLM or GenAI concepts (e.g. transformers, embeddings, prompt-based systems).
- Experience with LLM-based systems (OpenAI APIs, open-source LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Experience with OCR, document processing, or search systems.
- Ability to read research papers or technical documentation and apply them in practice.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow in a production AI environment.

Nice to have:
- Exposure to MLOps tools or practices (e.g. MLflow, CI/CD for ML, monitoring).
- Experience working in a cross-functional product team.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based ML deployment.
