UX Writer Intern

We are looking for UX Writer Intern to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:
1. UX Writing (60%)
- Draft and edit content for interface: Feature names, buttons, notifications, instructions…;
- Support team in building product glossary to ensure naming alignment for KiotViet ecosystem;
- Analyze and plan the content flows for all KiotViet services & products: Selling, Purchasing, Inventory and Store Management;
2. UX Development (40%)
- Analyze user needs and behaviors; Research competitors or best practice UX patterns;
- Collaborate with UI Designers and Product Owners to design and guide user behavior and experience;

Your skills and experience:

1. Requirements and skills
- Candidate with Content/Design experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical about what makes things better;
