We are looking for some developers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so many technology challenges. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do
- Build FMCG market reports by category, brand and SKU; detect and fix data anomalies such as wrong units, pack sizes or outlier prices.
- Match merchant products to a standard catalog and build tagging models for noisy Vietnamese product names.
- Improve merchant industry classification and product recommendations, measured with offline metrics and A/B tests.
- Work with Product teams and other stakeholders; present results in business terms.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or data science.
- Advanced SQL on large datasets (window functions, CTEs, query tuning).
- Strong Python: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
- Solid statistics: sampling, hypothesis testing, A/B testing.
- Built at least one supervised ML model end-to-end and evaluated it with precision/recall.
- Experience with text data: normalization, tokenization, fuzzy matching.
- Business sense; able to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Vietnamese NLP, text embeddings, entity resolution.
- Using LLMs for data labeling, enrichment or evaluation.
- PySpark, SparkSQL
- Domain experience in Retail/FMCG, FnB, market research.
