We are seeking an excellent Product Lead to lead product development, create value for customers, and drive company growth. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, working closely with various departments, and ensuring that the final product meets market needs.

What you will do:
- Segment ownership: Know your segment's merchants better than anyone in the company: how they operate, why they buy, and why they leave. Own the segment's number and the product response to it.
- Pod roadmap: Set and prioritise the pod's backlog within the F&B roadmap. Decide what ships in each release and what waits. Escalate capacity needs and cross-pod conflicts to the Product Manager, F&B.
- Discovery and specification: Run discovery with merchants, customer success and customer services; turn evidence into clear problem statements and specifications the engineering team and AI tooling can execute.
- Delivery: Work with the pod's engineering lead and designer through planning, build, release and measurement. Own release quality for the pod, including the reliability impact of what you ship.
- Team: Lead one to three product executives: set their goals, review their work, and develop them. The role remains hands-on; you write and ship product yourself.
- Stakeholders: Work with sales, customer success and customer services and support for your segment, and with the core squad on shared platform needs.

What you should be good at:
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equivalent role, preferably in tech companies or startups.
- Graduated from universities majoring in IT, Economics, Technology ..
- Product experience: Several years as a product manager or product owner on a product that merchants or consumers paid for, including at least one where you owned a usage, revenue or retention metric and can show what you did when it moved.
- Shipping: A record of taking problems from discovery through release and measurement, not only writing requirements.
- Judgement: Making prioritisation calls under capacity constraints and explaining them clearly to engineers, sales and management, including when the answer is no.
- Leading others: Experience guiding one or more junior product people, or clear readiness to.
- Technical understanding: Enough knowledge of software development to work closely with engineers on scope, trade-offs and quality.
- Market knowledge: Familiarity with the Vietnamese SME market. F&B or POS experience is an advantage; direct experience is a stronger one.
- Ways of working: Comfort with evidence-based discovery and AI tools in daily product work (writing specifications agents can execute, analysing feedback and data). Experience here is preferred; we will train the right candidate.
