What you will do:

- Develop the company’s software projects using Flutter Cross-Platform for Android and iOS;
- Perform other related tasks to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Education & Qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship cross-platform mobile apps (Android/iOS) on Flutter;
- Migrate existing native apps to Flutter;
- Apply AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor…) across the workflow - coding, review, testing, documentation - to raise productivity and quality;
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues;
- Collaborate with the team to deliver features end-to-end;

Must-Have Requirements
Experience
- At least 2 years building Flutter apps in production (published on App Store / Google Play);
- Hands-on experience with native iOS / Android;
- Experience migrating native apps to Flutter;
- Day-to-day use of AI tools in software development.
Core Skills
- System thinking - break down complex problems and design sound, maintainable solutions;
- Dart (Flutter) - proficient in Dart and the Flutter framework Mobile architecture - MVP, MVVM; REST API integration, async handling, state management and performance tuning;
- Applied AI - use AI assistants to code, review, test and document; write clear prompts and always validate output;
- Debugging & troubleshooting - quickly isolate root causes and resolve issues across the stack;
- Version control - proficient with Git and code-review workflows;
- Communication & collaboration - work effectively in a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, QA, product);
- Learning agility - proactively pick up and apply new tools and methods;
- Testing mindset - every code change ships with test coverage.

Nice-to-Have
- Fullstack ability (preferred) - web frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and/or backend (.NET/C#, REST API, SQL);
- Clean Architecture & Domain-Driven Design - solid understanding;
- Bloc + Cubit - hands-on experience;
- CI/CD for mobile & automated testing - fastlane, Codemagic, and similar;
- Swift / native iOS - experience developing with Swift for native iOS.
