Data&AI – Team lead

Mô tả công việc:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Data & AI team, including sub-teams.
- Plan, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones for strategic projects.
- Collaborate closely with the AI Product Manager and Technical Lead to build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and define clear Definition of Done.
- Communicate vision and goals clearly to the team; promote Scrum-AI culture, Evaluation-Driven Development (EDD), and a proactive learning mindset.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team members in developing technical and leadership skills.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Supporting to Conduct half year performance reviews.
- Contribute to company growth by building a strong, high-performing team and delivering high-impact products.
- Handle personnel issues, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a positive, transparent, value-driven working environment.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing product projects (strong preference for technology, SaaS, or AI-driven products).
- Proven experience leading technical/product teams of 5–10 people.
- Strong plus: Project Management or Agile certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I/II, CSM).
- Proficient in project management tools: Jira (mandatory), Confluence, Roadmunk or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle personnel issues, resolve conflicts, and build high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership mindset – proactive, inspirational, and capable of developing team members.
