We are looking for Product Managers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a Product manager you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
1. Main tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products align with customer needs and the company’s strategic objectives.
- Propose and manage quarterly product backlogs and feature sets that support KiotViet’s vision.
- Drive product development efficiency by optimizing processes and ensuring resource effectiveness.
- Evaluate and prioritize features based on customer value and development effort, favoring high-impact, low-cost initiatives.
- Strategically allocate resources to ensure sustainable, long-term product improvements.
- Leverage customer data and insights to inform product design and optimize user experiences.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog throughout each quarter.
- Define and manage sprint (or weekly) topic plans to guide development execution.
- Work closely with development teams, BAs, and designers to detail requirements and ensure clarity in product specifications.
- Facilitate product training and provide user documentation for internal teams and end-users.
- Mentor and guide Business Analysts, fostering skill development and team growth.

2. Accountability:
- Responsible for product investment effectiveness, including revenue growth, user acquisition, and cost control.
- Ensure transparency and delivery of quality improvement plans and bug fixes to relevant stakeholders.

3. Authority:
- Make final decisions on all matters related to the products under your management.
- Approve and validate the outcomes delivered by the product development team.
- Determine and schedule product releases, including go-live decisions.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Graduated from universities majoring in IT, Economics, Technology ..
- Experience: From 4 years of experience or more, at least 2 years in a similar position
- Have experience write SRS documents, User Guides,... and other BA documents
- Have basic knowledge about BA and PO: Workflow, Activity Flow, Use Case, User Story, Agile-Scrum Model, Mockup, Types of Requirements, Building MVP, BMC, User Journey, User Personas,...
- Having experience in the Fintech domain is advantageous.
