Kiotviet is Vietnam’s largest POS provider, with over 200,000 merchants across various industries. We are expanding into other South-east Asian countries with our POS offerings and are expanding our product portfolio with new offerings in the fintech space.

What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end testing process for KiotViet software products, ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of each release;
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts aligned with product requirements and development cycles;
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and identify edge cases early in the SDLC;
- Oversee automation testing strategies, maintain test scripts, and continuously improve testing frameworks to support fast and reliable releases;
- Ensure AI-powered features and agent-driven modules are validated rigorously through test scenarios simulating real-world use cases;
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to provide clear quality reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement;
- Lead the QA team, providing coaching, training, and career development to strengthen test capabilities across functional and automation areas;
- Coordinate cross-team testing efforts, including regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing across KiotViet's product suite;
- Establish and enforce quality assurance best practices, standards, and processes, including shift-left testing and test-driven development (TDD) approaches where applicable;
- Drive root cause analysis of defects and proactively contribute to preventive quality strategies;
- Be accountable for the overall product quality, balancing speed of delivery with thorough testing coverage, especially for business-critical modules.

Yêu cầu công việc:

What you should be good at:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role;
- Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress)
- Proven ability to design and implement test strategies for large-scale software products, ensuring high test coverage and quality;
- Experience in managing test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI agents , particularly in validating their behaviors and outputs;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to QA;
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and deployment processes;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and business stakeholders.
