Position Overview:
As a Key Account Manager – Financial Services, you will drive the expansion of our finance-related solutions, including payments and lending, by building strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive banking and credit experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the board of directors to develop the company's financial services plan.
- Partnership Management: Establish and strengthen the relationships with suitable partners, work directly with banks and financial institutions in providing finance services for merchants.
- Business Growth: Lead business development team and coordinate with related departments such as product, operation, customer service to grow business and fulfill the plans and vision with integrity.
- Product & Market Expansion: Work closely with product, operations, and customer service teams to develop competitive finance solutions for merchants.
- Risk Management: Be responsible for any breakdown that affects Finance's plans or vision.Manage such breakdown to reaffirm strong commitment on the set targeted plans and visions.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, with at least 3 years in banking or credit-related roles. Deep understanding of financial products, lending models, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong ability to build relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and diplomatic skills.
- Proven experience in leading business development teams and working cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech or working with digital finance solutions.
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
