[Data Intelligence Platform] Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data Intelligence Platform team, who can apply scientific methodologies and cutting-edge technologies to solve data-related problems that support our customers' success and advance our business. - Develop and implement advanced algorithms to solve our data-related challenges, particularly in classifying and matching items to ensure accurate categorization and identifying hidden patterns within our massive datasets.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze massive datasets covering products, customers, market trends and economic indicators.
- Lay the groundwork for a Market Intelligence platform that establishes accurate and actionable market forecasts, identifies emerging trends, predicts demand fluctuations, and derives optimal pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate data-driven solutions into our SaaS platform.
- Effectively communicate your findings, ensuring that everyone grasps the reasons behind your data-driven recommendations with clarity and precision

Your skills and experience:

*** Must have
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science or a related field with a strong emphasis on applied methodologies
- Experience in core NLP tasks such as text classification, information extraction, information retrieval.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, statistical modeling tools and machine learning/deep learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
*** Nice to have
- Have overall 2-3 years of industry experience with expertise in data science and analytic methods
- Experience in building and designing data-driven products
- Strong negotiation skills, influencing senior management and external partners
- Eager to learn continuously, update new knowledge, new technology
